OUTPATIENT SERVICES - METH TREATMENT
- METH WITHDRAWAL
There are many different types of chemical depednecy
programs available depending on the nature and severity of a person's
disease. A user, who has multiple addictions or has a habit of
relapsing after short-term treatment may be in need of a longer,
more structured program. For other people, while their addictions
may be just as serious, they may be able to function in life aside
from their problems with drugs or alcohol. Crystal meth treatment
and meth withdrawal are provided at our center along with soothing
activities to aid in the recovery process.
Meth addiction rehab or inpatient and outpatient services essentially
provide the same type of recovery foundation, however inpatient
treatment further assists a person who is in need of round-the-clock
supervision and extra structure. Inpatient substance
abuse program treatment (meth treatment) can also offer a
safe environment so that the ex-user is removed from dangerous
and tempting situations for a period of time.
Outpatient services involve group counseling, individual counseling,
and in some cases family counseling, and usually require the patient
to be present for a certain number of hours each week. Outpatient
treatment also helps recovering people develop a solid support
system, either in a 12-step program or some other type of long-term
help, depending upon the circumstances. Many times people who
have gone through an meth addiction rehab, meth withdrawal center,
or long-term treatment program find outpatient services to be
very helpful in their transition into a new, sober lifestyle.
Outpatient treatment also offers relapse prevention programs and
solutions to matters affecting areas such as family, employment
and personal relationships, all of which may have been damaged
by substance abuse. Outpatient services are a useful alternative,
however for severe cases, more substantial drug
treatment is advisable.
Crystal Meth Addiction - Cocaine Addiction
- Prescription Drug Addiction
There are many types of drug addictions that our substance abuse
program address. Crystal meth addiction, cocaine addiction, and
prescription drug addiction are among the most common. Our counselors
have been trained with how to treat each one of these addictions.
The individual who comes to our center with crystal
meth addiction has most likely been up for several days. The
treatment plan might entail more relaxing activities at first
while the crystal meth tapers off. Cocaine addiction users will
have a similar withdrawal experience but tend to have a quicker
withdrawal period depending on the amount of cocaine used. Prescription
drug addiction users will also have a different withdrawal experience.
